The service
Launchable is operated by Ethan Weily ("we"). It provides tools and general educational information to help you plan and start a business.
Not professional advice
Content, grades, plans, and suggestions are general information only. They are not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice, and results are not guaranteed. Grades, plans, and research are produced partly by AI and can be wrong or out of date; check anything important before you rely on it. Consult a licensed professional before making legal, tax, or financial decisions.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for the information you enter. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and at least 18 to buy a paid plan. One account per person.
Subscriptions
Paid plans renew monthly or yearly, depending on the plan you choose, until cancelled. AI credits reset each billing month and don't roll over; when they run out, tools keep working with built-in templates. You can cancel anytime from Settings; access continues until the end of the billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Your content
You own the business information and plans you create. You give us permission to store and process it to provide the service.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, create accounts in bulk or with scripts, scrape or overload the service, or use it for unlawful purposes. Don't enter other people's personal information without their permission.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms or the service, and we'll email you about significant changes. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Launchable is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
